Nous sommes en centre ville contre un parc urbain classé, dans un lotissement des années 80 aux parcelles généreuses. L’habitation principale surélevée est très exposée aux regards et tourne le dos à un jardin magnifique, très planté et entouré d’arbres, sans vis à vis.Le projet vise donc à créer des lieux de vie dans ce havre de verdure, en maintenant inchangée l’habitation. Le studio est pensé comme un kiosque adossé à la limite parcellaire nord et largement vitré sur l’est et la piscine. C’est un volume simple en ossature acier avec larges débords de toit et couverture végétalisée. Les ouvertures généreuses s’ouvrent sur des terrasses bois en escalier qui relient  l’habitation à la piscine, offrant plusieurs espaces extérieurs protégés et ensoleillés.La piscine offre trois espaces dans une géométrie simple : un couloir de nage, une pataugeoire, un solarium. In a city center & a protected urban park, in a planned residential area from the 80s with large plots. The main house is very exposed to the view and turns its back on a beautiful garden, very planted and surrounded by trees, with no vis-à-vis. The project aims at creating living spaces in this haven of greenery, keeping the house unchanged. The studio is designed as a kiosk leaning against the northern plot boundary and largely glazed on the east and the swimming pool. It is a simple volume in steel frame with wide overhangs and planted roof. Generous openings onto a series of wooden terraces connect the main house to the pool, offering several sunny and protected outdoor spaces. The pool offers three spaces in a simple geometry: a swimming corridor, a paddling pool, and a solarium. All but one of the existing plantings are maintained.
