La mission inclut une conception inclusive de la participation des foyers bénéficiaires grâce à des ateliers et à la prise en compte des enquêtes socioéconomiques, la conception d’un plan d’aménagement, le phasage de l’aménagement, l’estimation prévisionnelle du coût travaux. 3 scenarii d’aménagement furent proposés au choix du maître d’ouvrage avec recommandations argumentées.

This study is about participartory housing design and urban layout. Workshops were organised with future inhabitants. A carefull attention was given to a household’s financial capacity in order for him to own a dwelling and to remain in it over time, so as to sustain resettlement. Design includes layouts on a 30 hectare paddy land located in the Western outskirt of Ho Chi Minh city, a mix of housing settlement and apartment blocks, cost estimates and construction phasing over time. Three designs were compared and proposed to the building owner.
